Support beyond four walls
Housing Specialists work alongside tenants on goals that extend beyond housing. This can include financial literacy, healthy living and active community participation. Specialists connect tenants with resources, provide support during crises and work with landlords to maintain and improve living spaces.
Program figures
The current Baltic Street website states that the program includes 87 apartments serving 88 tenants. It also states that both homeWORKS programs are at 100 percent occupancy and have waiting lists.
