About Community Links
Community Links Supported Education Program at Baltic Street Wellness Solutions supports adults living with mental health conditions as they pursue educational, vocational, training, certification, and college goals. Supported Education Counselors work alongside participants to identify goals, navigate barriers, connect with educational and community resources, and build the skills and supports needed to continue progressing toward their goals.
Community Links provides individualized, person-centered, recovery-oriented support. Participants identify the goals that are meaningful to them, and the program provides guidance, encouragement, advocacy, and resource connection throughout their educational journey.

- GED/HSE programs - Vocational or job-training programs - Industry-recognized certificate or license programs - College or university degree programs - Career-related education and training pathways
Partner with Community Links
Community Links welcomes collaboration with behavioral health providers, colleges, schools, vocational and training programs, community-based organizations, and other agencies interested in expanding educational opportunities and strengthening participant access to resources.
